7. Amsh, WhatsApp and Meta Platform Data

TechyCodex operates Amsh, an AI receptionist for clinics. When a clinic connects its WhatsApp Business number to Amsh through Meta's Embedded Signup, we receive from Meta the clinic's WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, display name, an access token, and the messages that patients send to that number.

• Why we use it: only to reply to patients on the clinic's behalf, to book, reschedule or cancel appointments, to send appointment confirmations and reminders, and to show these conversations to the clinic's staff in the Amsh dashboard.
• What we do not do: we do not sell this data, share it with third parties for their own use, or use it for advertising.
• Storage and security: access tokens are stored encrypted. Conversation data is kept while the clinic's Amsh account is active.
• Disconnecting: a clinic can disconnect WhatsApp from Amsh at any time from its Amsh settings or from the WhatsApp Business app.

 

8. How to Request Data Deletion

To delete your data, including data received through Facebook, WhatsApp or other Meta products, email info@techycodex.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the phone number or business name the data relates to. We will confirm the request by email and delete the data from Amsh and TechyCodex systems.

 

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be notified on our website with a new "Effective Date."
