Amsh: AI Receptionist for Clinics
Amsh is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product built by TechyCodex. It gives dental and medical clinics an AI receptionist that answers patients on phone calls and on WhatsApp, books appointments and sends reminders, so clinic staff can focus on patients in the clinic.

How a clinic connects WhatsApp
- The clinic signs up on Amsh and opens the WhatsApp step in onboarding.
- The clinic clicks Connect with Facebook and logs in through Meta's official Embedded Signup.
- The clinic connects its existing WhatsApp Business number (QR scan, so the WhatsApp Business app keeps working) or registers a new number with an OTP.
- Amsh then answers patient messages on that number through the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API).
How we use WhatsApp and Meta data
Amsh uses the clinic's WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID and the messages patients send to that number only to reply to patients on the clinic's behalf, manage the clinic's appointments and show these conversations to the clinic's staff. We do not sell or share this data and do not use it for advertising. Clinics can disconnect at any time. Data deletion requests can be sent to info@techycodex.com.
